What is the Healthy Skin Rewards Program?
The Healthy Skin Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points every time you shop. Membership is free and no initial purchase is required.
How do I become a rewards member?
To join you must first create an account at www.mdcomplete.com. Anyone with a registered account is automatically enrolled in the program.
Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our amazing rewards and special promotions. Each time you come back, make sure you log into your account to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem rewards with your points.
How do I earn points?
There are a lot of ways you can earn points, and no limit to the amount you can earn.
You will earn 50 points immediately just for creating for an account. You will also get 1 point for every $1 spent. Make sure you are always logged into your account.
To see how you can earn additional points, click Earn Points in the rewards program menu.
Note: there may be a 14 – 30 day approval period before some points can be redeemed.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is located in the top left section of your Healthy Skin Rewards account.
How do I redeem my points?
To view and redeem available rewards please follow these steps:
- Log into your account with your email and password
- Click "My Rewards"
- Choose the reward you wish to redeem
- Copy the reward code and paste into the "discount code" box at checkout
Note: reward points cannot be combined with any other promotional offers and only one reward code can be used for each purchase.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
- Approved:These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending:These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and takes approximately 30 days.
- Cancelled:These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, may have cancelled or returned a purchase.
Why aren't my points showing up yet?
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you continue to have issues please call customer service (800-260-2250) for assistance.
Can I redeem my rewards with other promotional offers?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine loyalty discounts with other promotional offers that require a promo code.
Do my points expire?
Nope! The points you accrue are yours and don’t expire.
I can’t log into my account?
Every now and then you might have to clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please log back into your account. If you continue to have issues please contact Customer Service.
Forgot your password?
Click “Forgot Password?” From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account.
