3-Day Skin Reset

Seasonal changes, stress and environmental factors can influence the health and resilience of your skin. With so many of us spending more time indoors, now is the perfect time to invest in self-care with a 3-Day Skin Reset for spring.

DAY 1

Take a break from your other skincare treatments on days you exfoliate.

AM

  1. Buff skin with a warm washcloth and pat dry (no cleanser needed)

PM

  1. Cleanse in the evening with Restoring Cleanser & Makeup Remover (for all skin types, including sensitive skin) or Clarifying Cleanser (for acne-prone or oily skin types)
  2. Apply Vitamin C Exfoliating Treatment
  • Massage a thick layer into skin for 1-2 minutes
  • Rinse off after 5 minutes if you feel too much heat, otherwise 8 minutes
  • Apply to the hands, neck and décolleté, for expanded brightening

    For sensitive skin: Rinse off Vitamin C Exfoliating Treatment after 2 minutes. You can gradually increase the leave-on time (1-2 minutes per application) as your skin becomes acclimated.

    DAY 2

    Take a break from your other skincare treatments on days you exfoliate.

    AM

    1. Buff skin with a warm washcloth and pat dry (no cleanser needed)

    PM

    1. Repeat both steps from Day 1
    2. Follow with the serum of your choice: Retinol Vitamin C Concentrate (for anti-aging or skin brightening) or Healthy Complexion Booster (for acne-prone skin)

    DAY 3

    AM

    1. Buff skin with a warm washcloth and pat dry (no cleanser needed)
    2. Apply your chosen serum
    3. Apply one of the following multitasking treatments with moisture and nutrients:

        PM

        1. Wash skin with your chosen cleanser and pat dry (ensure no moisture remains)
        2. Massage in Quench & Restore Advanced Hyaluronic Treatment
        3. Apply your chosen serum
        4. Apply your chosen multitasking treatment

        Congratulations! You just finished your reset. Set a reminder to repeat this reset for two sequential days every two weeks to maintain that fresh, vibrant complexion you desire.

        Further support your skin’s health by taking a break from makeup on days that you don’t have to leave the house or hop on virtual meetings. Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30+ if you are going outdoors or sitting near windows.
