Healthy Skin Rewards FAQs
This is our loyalty program that rewards members with points every time they shop. Members can earn additional points by performing actions such as following us on social media, celebrating a birthday and referring friends.
How Do I Join?It’s free to become a Healthy Skin Rewards member! Simply CREATE ACCOUNT (or SIGN IN, if you already have one) and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the program.
How Do I Earn Points?There are a lot of ways to earn points. Earn 300 points just for creating an account. Each time you shop, you earn 5 points for every $1 spent. To see how you can earn additional points, click WAYS TO EARN in the rewards dashboard.
In order to receive points for online purchases, you must be logged into your account. Points cannot be awarded if you check out as a guest.
How Do I View My Points Balance?Click the Healthy Skin Rewards icon located in the bottom left corner of our website: REWARDS DASHBOARD. Once logged in, your point balance will appear at the top of the page.
How Do I Redeem My Points?To redeem available rewards, you must be logged in. Please follow these steps:
- Click the Healthy Skin Rewards icon located in the bottom left corner of our website: REWARDS DASHBOARD
- Choose All Rewards to view available rewards
- To redeem, click View, Redeem and then Apply Code—the discount will automatically be added to your cart at checkout
For rewards redeemed but not used, scroll down to Your Rewards. All redeemed rewards will be displayed. Choose the reward you want to use and click Apply Code. The discount will automatically be added to your cart at checkout. Please note that all redeemed rewards expire after six months.
Why Did My Account Balance Go Down?You, or someone you referred, may have cancelled or returned a purchase.
Can I Redeem My Rewards With Other Promotional Offers?Unfortunately, you cannot combine loyalty discounts with other promotional offers that require a promo code.
Do My Points Expire?Healthy Skin Reward points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points. Your earliest credits will always be applied first. And don’t worry, we'll send you an email reminder, so you don't forget!
What If I Forgot My Password?Go to the ACCOUNT page and click Forgot Password. You will need to verify your email address. We will lead you through the process to get you back into your account.
